Please note that your reservation is only guaranteed when you transfer 50% of the reservation amount to the hotels bank account. Bank account details will be provided to you by the hostess of the villa after your reservation is made. Airport transfers can be provided; please give us 48 hours advance notice. Charges apply. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after your reservation is made. Please contact the hotel via phone or email (details provided in your confirmation). |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 11 years is charged AED 184.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged AED 367.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
