The Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is situated in the middle of the Old Town of Lucerne, which is in the heart of Switzerland. By Car: - Take the “Luzern-Zentrum” exit (“Verkehrshaus”, Küssnacht am Rigi), cross the “Seebrücke”; you can see our hotel on the left after crossing the bridge. - Because there is no direct access to the hotel by car from here, you will have to drive past the hotel (be sure to stay in the left lane; approximately 300 metres), turn and follow the signs in the direction of the city. Train / Bus: The hotel is approximately 200 metres away from the Lucerne railway station, on the side of Lake Lucerne opposite the station. It is a 5-minute walk across the “Seebrücke”. Take the bus to the “Schwanenplatz” bus stop—only one stop away from the railway station. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 90.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. CHF 2.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
